This week I want to focus on helping you understand MY concept of what the midlife switch is because I’ve had a lot of questions on my Facebook group recently about the confusion of what happens to us at midlife and what is associated with going through the menopause.   What should we accept as being part of the menopause transition and what we should be going to our doctor about?
