Before delving into the materials we would ask you to review the short video below that gives you a quick tour of the programme and how to access the programme materials. We have also included written instructions below as well.



How to log into your programme

First, to log in, go to https://maryonstewart.com click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the page. Login in with the email and password you created at checkout.


Next click on the "Programme and Courses" button.

In the Dashboard are important tools to help you stay on track. First is the Recommendations section. Here you will find Dietary, Exercise and relaxation recommendations. If you purchased the personalized programme, you will also find it in this section.

There is also a section to record your notes. When you finish saving your notes they can be retrieved by date.

The How-To Video section houses instructional or informational videos outside of the programme curriculum. 


How-To Videos

Every day you will record your meals, exercise and formal relaxation in the Daily Diary section. You can use the menu to toggle through the different sections or click on the next and previous arrow buttons at the bottom of the form. When you have finished filling the information, click the “Save Your Entry” button. The diary information is automatically deleted every 10 days.

In addition, the symptoms tracker is a visual graphic of the symptoms you’ve recorded at the end of each week.

Weekly Materials

The programme is divided into weekly sections. An in-depth video session with Maryon starts your week . When you have finished a section, click the “Mark as Complete” button at the bottom of the page. The completion of the sections will be tracked next to the programme menu and at the bottom of each section page..

At the end of each week, you will record your symptoms in the My Symptoms section. Make sure to SAVE when you are finished.

Using mobile devices to access programme

If you are choosing to access the programme from a mobile device, the appearance of the programme will change slightly. You still will access the programme through the maryonstewart.com site. Click on the Programmes and Courses button and then on the Dashboard link.

The dashboard information is identical to the desktop view. You first have your recommendations section followed by the Meal Plans, Recipes and Downloads section.

The Notes, Diary and My Symptoms section work the same as they do on a desktop/laptop computer

When looking at the week’s written materials you will need to toggle the “Click Here to Read Section Materials”.
