I often talk directly to women on my blog, because you are the ones who are going through menopause, but the support you have around you during this time is very important so in this week’s Weekly Wisdom, I want to address the men in your life and talk about what's going on in the bedroom at the time of the menopause, or rather not, and how men can get back the girl they married for the holidays.
So make sure you share this blog and video with your boyfriend, husband, partner so they can understand what you are going through and help support you.
First of all, men need to understand that if you're not having lots of sex at the moment, you're not the only one, because about three quarters of women going through the menopause experience a loss of libido, sex drive, and that's not surprising when over half of them have got vaginal dryness which means the tissues in their vagina are drying out, and sex becomes painful, and they can't have an orgasm.
But don't panic. It's not permanent!
Women can actually get back to feeling normal again, so you can get back to having normal sexual relations again and I want to tell you a bit about how you can help to achieve that with my 6 Week Boot Camp.
