Often when I meet women they are absolutely scared about what's going on in their body. Some have even been to the doctor and diagnosed with a stress related problem or depression and put on medication.
This is dreadful, I see women time and time again who are worrying, frightened and thinking there's something terribly wrong with them when actually it's all a natural life stage.
They're not unwell, what they are experiencing is the menopause.
